霧氷　rime ice

先日、少しドライブに出かけました。
とても天気のいい日だったので、少し足を延ばして六甲山へ。

展望台から山側を眺めていると、山の一か所だけが白くなっていて、
「雪が積もっているのかな？」と思うような場所がありました。
気になって、近くまで向かってみることに。

すると、そこには木々が一面真っ白になった景色が広がっていて、
まるで白い花が咲き誇っているかのようでした。
あとで調べてみると、これは霧氷（むひょう）という、とても珍しい自然現象だったそうです。

その時に撮った動画をお送りします。
本当にきれいで、思わず見入ってしまうほど神秘的な光景でした。

The other day, I went out for a short drive.
Since the weather was so nice, I decided to go a little further and headed to Mount Rokko.

From the observation deck, I noticed one area of the mountain that looked completely white,
almost as if snow had piled up there.
Curious about it, I decided to go closer.

When I did, I found the trees entirely covered in white,
creating a scene that looked as though white flowers were in full bloom.
Later, I learned that this was a rare natural phenomenon called rime ice.

I’m sharing a video I took at that time.
It was incredibly beautiful and truly mystical — a sight that left a lasting impression.
